👑 Introduction

Welcome to Firayalal Banquet Hall. By booking our venue or using our website, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms ensure that every event — from inquiry to execution — is handled with transparency, fairness, and mutual respect.

🌿 Bookings & Reservations

• All bookings are confirmed only after the payment of the required advance amount.

• Tentative bookings will be held for a limited time; if confirmation and payment are not received within the specified period, the date may be released for other clients.

• Final confirmation will be provided through an official booking receipt or written communication.

💎 Payment Policy

• Advance payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

• The remaining balance must be cleared before the event date, as per the agreed schedule.

• Additional services requested during the event (such as décor upgrades or extended hours) will be billed separately.

• All payments must be made via approved methods — such as cash, bank transfer, or authorized digital payment options.

🌸 Event Conduct & Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for ensuring that their guests and vendors conduct themselves respectfully within the premises.

• Any damage caused to the property, furniture, décor, or equipment during the event will be chargeable to the client.

• The use of hazardous materials (such as fireworks, open flames, or confetti cannons) must be pre-approved by the management.

• Management reserves the right to discontinue any event that violates safety regulations, local laws, or decorum.

🕯️ Catering, Décor & Vendors

• Only pre-approved caterers, decorators, and vendors are permitted unless management provides written consent.

• Outside vendors must comply with our venue’s policies regarding timing, setup, and cleanliness.

• Firayalal Banquet Hall holds no responsibility for disputes or issues arising between clients and third-party vendors.

🕊️ Cancellation & Refunds

• In case of cancellation, the advance amount will be non-refundable.

• If cancellation is made within 7 days of the event, full payment may be charged, depending on arrangements made.

• Management may, at its discretion, allow rescheduling based on venue availability and circumstances.

🪷 Liability & Force Majeure

• Firayalal Banquet Hall will not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our control — including natural disasters, power failures, government restrictions, or unforeseen emergencies.

• In such events, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule or adjust your booking.
